PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS

The way the password reset works is to have you first submit the email address you used for registration. This e-mail address will be used to check if there is a valid existing account on this site.

In the field above, enter the e-mail address you used for a billing address. This is all that is required. If you submit a valid email address that exists in our database you will be automatically emailed details of your username and also instructions on how to reset your password. If you post an email address that is not associated with an account in our database you will be informed that the address is invalid.  If a match is found you will receive the following e-mail:

Your password is stored using non-reversible encryption and therefore cannot be recovered.

You then will be taken to a new page where you may enter a new password. You will then be taken to a page with further instruction. In the event of multiple accounts you will receive a notification for each account your registered with that e-mail address. Select the account with the unique user name you wish to reset and ignore the remaining account names.
